New Resource Available: BrowZine!

browzine1Currently, online databases and publisher websites are the primary source for delivering library subscribed journal articles.  Unfortunately, this does not make it easy to stay current with your favorite journals.  Introducing BrowZine, an app that allows you to browse, read and monitor some of the Harriet F. Ginsburg Health Sciences Library’s best journals, all from your iPad!

With BrowZine, you can easily:

  • Read complete scholarly journals in a format optimized for tablet devices.
  • Create a personal bookshelf of favorite journals.
  • Be alerted when new editions of journals are published.
  • Save articles for reading offline

If you would like to explore the app, search for “BrowZine” in the App Store and download the app for free.  Is the iPad not your preferred device?  Third Iron is developing BrowZine for additional tablet platforms, and is hoping to have it available by the end of 2013.
